Arcis Golf is seeking a Sales Director for Weymouth Country Club in Medina, OH. This role leads the club's membership-sales program, drives a qualified pipeline, and coaches the sales team to achieve annual membership targets while coordinating with club leadership and operations.

The Director personally manages discovery, tours, objections, and closures, establishing strategic plans that maximize new memberships and initiation-fee revenue.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive full-cycle sales experience with leadership or player/coach responsibility.
• Proven ability to achieve individual sales targets and drive team performance.
• Experience prospecting, discovering client needs, and closing membership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed the club's membership sales and initiation-fee targets.
• Lead the membership sales team and manage the daily performance and pipeline.
• Prospect outbound and referrals, develop a focused prospecting plan, and advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Coach the team on value-based selling, handle objections, and close opportunities.
• Maintain HubSpot discipline for contacts, deals, activities, and reports.
• Collaborate with General Manager and operations to align pricing, capacity, and the tour experience.
