Job summary

Arcis Golf seeks a Sales Director at Signature of Solon Country Club in Solon, OH to lead membership sales and drive growth. You will personally manage a qualified pipeline, coach the sales team, and oversee tours, pricing, and introductions to convert prospects into members.

You will partner with the General Manager and operations leaders to align capacity, pricing, and the member experience, while maintaining HubSpot discipline and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive full-cycle sales experience with leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to meet individual sales targets and improve team performance.
• Strong value-based and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed the membership sales targets for the director and club.
• Lead a member sales team with a player/coach approach and manage pipeline.
• Develop and execute a focused membership prospecting plan from outbound activity and referrals.
• Coach the team on value-based selling, discovery, and closing.
