• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–5 years experience in sales or customer experience with 3–4 years developing and executing a strategic plan.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as schedule requires.

Responsibilities

• Develop membership and other program revenue to support center goals.
• Meet or exceed revenue goals for all membership categories, including corporate accounts.
• Provide leadership and supervision to membership team and related staff.
• Deploy retention strategies and training plans; analyze data and conduct regular team meetings.
