Invited is seeking a Membership Director for Silver Lake Country Club in Akron, OH. You will drive membership growth by recruiting new members, upgrading current plans, and enhancing member experience while collaborating with leadership to hit revenue targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Increase membership through targeted recruitment efforts and referrals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Promote upgrades to higher-tier memberships aligned with member interests.
• Maintain a robust prospect inventory and manage prospects in the CRM system.
• Generate new member prospects and connect them with the club community.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop plans for lead generation and pricing strategies.
• Represent the club at community events to raise awareness and attract potential members.
• Execute a structured 30/60/90-day follow-up campaign for new members.
