Job summary

Invited is seeking a Membership Director for Silver Lake Country Club in Silver Lake, OH. You will drive membership growth by recruiting, upgrading memberships, and enhancing the member experience, partnering with leadership to hit revenue goals.

The role involves maintaining a robust prospect pipeline, engaging members, and executing a structured follow-up program to promote referrals and community engagement at the club.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, PR, communications, hospitality, or related field.
• 3+ years sales experience in hospitality or service industry preferred.
• Familiarity with golf or the private club industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills; sales training is a plus.
• Excellent time management and organization; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Increase membership through targeted recruitment and referrals to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
• Facilitate membership upgrades by engaging current members and promoting higher-tier options.
• Maintain a robust prospect inventory and manage CRM-based tracking of leads.
• Generate new member prospects and connect them with the club community.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop plans to generate qualified leads and pricing strategies.
• Partner with General Manager in weekly sales meetings to review progress and align on goals.
• Assist in managing department expenses and monitor contra revenue to support net dues growth.
• Represent the club at community events to raise awareness and attract members.
• Execute a 30/60/90-day follow-up plan to encourage referrals and engagement.
• Plan and execute club events to promote membership growth.
