Job summary

The Ned Washington DC is seeking a Membership Development Specialist to be the face of Ned’s Club for prospective members, building relationships, hosting events, and promoting Ned’s Club membership.

Reporting to the Head of Membership, you will drive acquisition, manage tours, maintain Salesforce records, contribute to reports, and collaborate with Club teams to ensure a seamless member experience.

Qualifications

• Must have proven relationship-building and sales experience.
• Able to leverage data to drive performance and reporting.
• Target-driven with strong communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Support membership acquisition goals and schedules tours.
• Oversee follow-up and provide a personalized experience for prospective members.
• Maintain Salesforce records and compile weekly activity reports.
• Coordinate events and partner outreach to grow membership.
