Job summary

The role emphasizes friendly, fast service and adherence to club standards. Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus, along with basic math and computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Front line/customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote BJ’s membership programs and value proposition to drive acquisition and retention.
• Provide excellent member service at multiple touchpoints, including returns, exchanges, and inquiries.
• Process orders, assist with BOPIC (Buy Online and Pick Up In Club), and ensure accurate signage and pricing.
