Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Ocala, FL is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to help grow member acquisition and retention, promote member perks, and deliver exceptional service at every customer touchpoint.

You will assist with signups, guide members through benefits, process exchanges and pickups, and work toward store goals with energy and integrity in a fast-paced club setting. This on-site role offers strong growth and team support.

Qualifications

• Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
• Results driven with proven success in goal achievement.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the BJ’s value proposition regarding acquisition, retention, perks, and the Member experience.
• Converts potential members by actively and effectively pitching all membership programs.
• Sells BJ’s membership products to potential new and existing members with high energy.
• Drives toward goal achievement, defined by business benchmarks and results.
• Delivers superior customer service to Members by handling inquiries, returns, and pick-ups.
• Resolves Member concerns in a courteous and timely manner and escalates when needed.
