Job summary

Sam's Club in Columbia, MO is seeking a member-focused associate to support membership information, promote products, process upgrades and credit accounts, and assist members with purchases while maintaining a safe environment.

You will handle order fulfillment tasks, pull and prepare items for Members, ensure accuracy of invoices, and collaborate with management and colleagues to meet goals. Benefits include health coverage, a 401(k), PTO, education programs, and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and meeting Membership goals.
• Maintain safety of Facility by following safety standards, procedures and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Fulfills Member Fax N Pull and Click N Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
• Completes work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers and other partners to identify priorities, deadlines and expectations; communicates progress; identifies improvement opportunities.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting the Company's products and services.
