Job summary

Sam’s Club in Jefferson City, MO is seeking a Membership Associate who develops and supports Membership by informing members about benefits and services, promoting value, and processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts. You will participate in sales events to help reach Membership goals while maintaining safety and compliance in the facility.

You will deliver excellent Member service by acknowledging needs, guiding purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits.
• Promotes the value of Sam’s Club products and services.
• Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts.
• Participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Maintains safety of Facility by following safety standards and guidelines.
• Fulfills orders by reviewing, pulling, and packing items.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Applies Open Door Policy and Walmart values in daily business processes.
