The YMCA is seeking a Membership Experience Specialist in Columbus, OH to welcome members, build connections, and promote the Y’s mission of strengthening spirit, mind, and body.
You will greet guests, scan cards, and convey membership information, while maintaining accurate cash records and providing tours. CPR/First Aid within 90 days, HS diploma and 2 years’ related experience preferred. Roles are part-time and on site at the facility.

Works with new and existing members to ensure they feel welcome and supported, while developing a sense of connection both with the Y cause and other members. Membership Experience Specialists will serve our community in a multitude of ways, by working as a team to create a branch environment and culture that embodies the Y’s mission of strengthening spirit, mind and body.
