The Southeast Ventura County YMCA in Thousand Oaks is seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Member Services Representative to enhance member experiences. This role focuses on delivering premier service, assisting with membership recruitment, and serving as the initial contact for guests.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications. The position demands strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group. Join us in fostering a warm atmosphere!
Serve as the initial YMCA contact. Communicates with members and guests in a friendly, knowledgeable and courteous manner. The position focuses on member service, membership recruitment, membership retention, membership recapture, and membership & program promotion.
