• Delivers Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, and guiding them to products and services.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness by following safety standards and procedures at the facility.
• Pulls and packs orders, scans items, and ensures accuracy of invoices and stock for Members.
• Supports Membership by explaining benefits, processing upgrades, and assisting with account-related tasks.
• Participates in sales events and strives to meet Membership goals.
