Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking team members to support Membership benefits, process upgrades, and assist Members with purchases and inquiries. The role includes picking and packing orders, scanning, and ensuring accurate invoicing while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Processes Memberships upgrades and credit accounts; participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, and ensuring order accuracy.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member's needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
