Sam's Club is seeking team members to support Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting value of products and services, processing memberships and upgrades, and assisting Members in selecting items.

Responsibilities include fulfilling Member orders, maintaining safety standards, and delivering excellent Member service. The position offers competitive pay with performance-based bonuses and comprehensive Walmart benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Completes orders including bulk and standard Membership-related tasks, ensuring accuracy of items and invoices while securing items for Members.
• Follows safety standards and procedures, conducts safety sweeps, and reports unsafe situations to Management; adheres to hazard handling guidelines.
