Sam's Club is seeking team members to support Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting value of products and services, processing memberships and upgrades, and assisting Members in selecting items.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Completes orders including bulk and standard Membership-related tasks, ensuring accuracy of items and invoices while securing items for Members.
• Follows safety standards and procedures, conducts safety sweeps, and reports unsafe situations to Management; adheres to hazard handling guidelines.
