Job summary

Sam's Club in Palmdale, CA seeks a member-focused associate to assist with Membership benefits, process memberships and upgrades, and support sales events. You will help Members select products, locate items, and ensure accurate orders and invoices for a positive shopping experience.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and integrity, with a focus on customer service, order handling, and serving our Members while supporting the Sam's Club team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchases.
• Delivers information on Membership benefits and promotes value of products.
• Processes Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts as required.
• Fulfills Buy Online, Pick Up in Store and Pull orders; scans, wraps, and palletizes items.
• Ensures order accuracy and handles out-of-stock needs and returns to meet Member needs.
• Maintains safety and adheres to health and safety standards in the facility.
