24 Hour Fitness is seeking a friendly front‑line member experience associate at our Oceanside location. You will welcome new members, guide their first steps in fitness, and connect them with available offerings while delivering a warm, informative experience.

Role emphasizes listening to goals, building trust, and providing personalized recommendations within a supportive community environment. CPR/AED certification is required within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Demonstrate authenticity, sincerity, and open-mindedness.

Responsibilities

• Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting members with resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members by providing a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience.
• Support onboarding of new members to connect them with fitness offerings and create a sense of belonging.
