Job summary

The Sanctuary Golf & Social Club in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Membership Coordinator who will own relationship momentum after the sale and guide onboarding and ongoing engagement to ensure new members renew, refer, and belong here.

You will work with the Front Desk Concierge team to uphold standards for guest capture, onboarding logistics, and proactive outreach, while driving retention and a welcoming, club-first experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a member-facing hospitality or client-relations role.
• Experience using a CRM or membership system (e.g., Northstar) to track insights.
• Proven to follow through on inbound requests and resolve issues.
• Private club, hospitality, or membership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own all member communication across email, app, and in-club messaging.
• Coordinate end-to-end new member onboarding to drive 60-day habits.
• Acknowledge and resolve inbound member requests and manage waitlist.
• Flag inactive members and conduct timely outreach.
• Serve as a visible host and coordinate the member experience across departments.
• Maintain front desk standards and team performance metrics.
