Membership Experience Associate - Opener

The Member Experience Associate is the face of the club, creating a welcoming environment for members as they arrive. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.

Dress Code & Schedule

Members of the staff should wear a company shirt with khaki or black athletic pants and sneakers. No boots, heels, or sandals. Maintain a neat and groomed appearance. Openers must arrive 15 minutes before opening to complete the opening checklist; closers should close at the scheduled time.

Minimum Requirements
