Job summary

Denver Botanic Gardens is seeking aFull Time Membership Coordinator in the Membership Department. The role focuses on member operations, reports, communications, and customer service for staff and guests in a dynamic urban garden setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining member records, processing memberships and fees, and collaborating with Visitor and Volunteer Services to implement member-focused initiatives. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field/industry.
• Strong cash management and data entry experience.
• Experience in customer service, administration, or membership services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to staff, visitors, and Gardens customers across multiple channels.
• Generate, verify, and clean daily reports in Ticketure and Salesforce.
• Create and maintain member records in Ticketure and Salesforce; update as needed.
• Produce and run required reports using Ticketure, Salesforce, and other programs.
