Crunch Signature in Walnut Creek is seeking a motivated Membership Advisor to convert inquiries into memberships in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Position offers hourly pay up to $20/hr and monthly commissions, with total earnings potential over $75k annually. You’ll build client relationships, drive referrals, and close sales while enjoying a complimentary gym membership across Crunch locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years sales experience preferred.
• Strong rapport building and sales closing skills.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly, as well as passionate about fitness.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with sales software.

• Collaborate with team to drive new member personal training sales.

Position Title: Membership Advisor

Reports to: General Manager, Regional Director of Sales

Compensation: Hourly rate up to $20/hr plus opportunity to earn monthly commissions averaging $3k-$5k per month. Earning potential is $75k+

Responsibilities:

• Attract business via member referrals, cold calls, corporate lead generation, territory outreach, telephone inquiries, sales follow up
• Ability to achieve and surpass all personal sales goals
• Perform all functions with the highest levels of integrity and adhere to company core values at all times
• Work closely with team members in driving new member personal training sales
• Maintain an atmosphere that makes all co-workers, members, and guests feel welcomed at all times
• Possess an enthusiastic, passionate, outgoing, friendly and ambitious personality
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful manner
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to the General Manager
• Assist in all projects as delegated by the GM, Membership Director and Regional Sales Director
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook
