Job summary

The Professional Association of Georgia Educators (PAGE) is seeking a Membership Services Specialist in Atlanta, GA. This full-time role focuses on payroll deduction reconciliation and maintaining accurate membership records.

Responsibilities include processing applications, updating member data, and communicating with school district payroll clerks and MSRs to resolve issues. A strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in data entry.
• Payroll deduction reconciliation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile membership payments from payroll deductions.
• Process new and updated membership applications accurately.
• Create and maintain member accounts with current info.
• Maintain payroll deduction records for accuracy.
• Record and post payments in the membership database.
• Communicate with school district payroll clerks and MSRs regularly.
• Develop positive working relationships with payroll clerks and MSRs.
• Provide excellent member service via telephone and email.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
