The Ned & Ned’s Club Washington, DC seeks a proactive Membership Coordinator to join the Membership Team. You will be the primary contact for members, manage inquiries, and ensure accurate case logs in Salesforce while upholding exceptional service standards.

• Experience in administrative or guest-facing relations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide excellent member service.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for membership queries via email and phone.
• Log, track and resolve member cases in Salesforce with accurate documentation.
• Provide basic technical support related to payments and member portal/app.
