Job summary

The Ned is hiring a Membership Coordinator for its Washington, DC club. You will be the primary contact for member inquiries, manage cases in Salesforce, and assist with payments, subscriptions, and programming calendars.

This role requires keen attention to detail, strong communication, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will report to the Membership Executive with a dotted line to the Head of Membership, supporting a high-quality member experience across

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or guest-facing relations preferred.
• Strong communication and professional phone manner.
• Comfort with data entry and using CRM tools like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for membership queries via email and phone, with in-person interactions.
• Log, track, and resolve member cases in Salesforce with accurate documentation.
• Process payments, subscriptions, and assist with billing questions and updates.
• Support member programming administration and maintain the programming calendar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth member experience.
