Job summary

Snap Fitness & Alpha 1 Personal Training is seeking a part-time Membership Consultant for our Rosemount club in Apple Valley, MN. The role primarily covers evening hours after 3pm and some Saturday mornings, focusing on tours, member engagement, and account support.

You will handle marketing outreach, lead generation, and follow-up with prospects, while assisting members with billing, changes, and service requests in a fast-paced gym environment.

Overview

Snap Fitness & Alpha 1 Personal Training are looking for a new Membership Consultants to join our team. We are one of the leading clubs in the brand for personal training and group fitness and are a rapidly expanding organization. To keep up with the client demand, we are needing to add to our administration and operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales tours of facility.
• Produce an individual monthly sales plan to achieve preset sales targets (and review plan monthly with club manager).
• Active member engagement – both at front desk as well as on the gym floor.
• Marketing outreach and lead generation.
• Lead/prospect follow‑up (phone calls, text messaging and e‑mail).
• Maintain notes in accounts.
• Sales of training services, supplements and other merchandise.
• Assist current members with membership account needs such as billing updates, past due balance updates, membership changes, insurance changes, membership freeze and cancellation saves.
• Clean, straighten, tidy and organize club as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Hours and Location

The position would primarily be for evening hours (after 3pm) and the hours/days are flexible as well as a few hours on Saturday mornings. The position is for our Rosemount club located at 15115 Dove Trail, Apple Valley MN. Hours are flexible, but will primarily evening and Saturday morning focused.
