Job summary

Snap Fitness & Alpha 1 Personal Training is seeking a part-time Membership Consultant for our Rosemount club in Apple Valley, MN. The role primarily covers evening hours after 3pm and some Saturday mornings, focusing on tours, member engagement, and account support.

You will handle marketing outreach, lead generation, and follow-up with prospects, while assisting members with billing, changes, and service requests in a fast-paced gym environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and client outreach is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are important.
• Ability to engage members and generate leads is valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales tours of facility.
• Produce an individual monthly sales plan to achieve targets.
• Active member engagement at front desk and gym floor.
• Marketing outreach and lead generation.
• Lead/prospect follow-up via phone, text, and email.
• Maintain notes in accounts.
• Sell training services, supplements, and merchandise.
• Assist members with membership account needs (billing, changes, freezes, cancellations).
• Keep club clean, organized, and tidy.
• Other duties as assigned.
