Job summary

Snap Fitness is seeking a Membership Consultant in Rosemount, MN to support evening and Saturday hours. You will conduct facility tours, develop monthly sales plans, engage members on the floor and at the front desk, and drive marketing, lead generation, and follow-up efforts.

You’ll manage member accounts, assist with billing and changes, and promote training services and products while keeping the club clean and organized. Part-time, flexible hours with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales tours of facility.
• Produce an individual monthly sales plan to achieve preset sales targets (and review plan monthly with club manager).
• Active member engagement – both at front desk as well as on the gym floor.
• Marketing outreach and lead generation.
• Lead/prospect follow-up (phone calls, text messaging and e-mail).
• Maintain notes in accounts.
• Sales of training services, supplements and other merchandise.
• Assist current members with membership account needs such as billing updates, past due balance updates, membership changes, insurance changes, membership freeze and cancellation saves.
• Clean, straighten, tidy and organize club as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Snap Fitness & Alpha 1 Personal Training are looking for a new Membership Consultant to join our team. We are one the leading clubs in the brand for personal training and group fitness and are a rapidly expanding organization. To keep up with the client demand, we are needing to add to our administration and operations team.

Duties

• The position would primarily be for evening hours (after 3pm) and the hours/days are flexible as well as a few hours on Saturday mornings.
