Job summary

Life Time in Skokie, IL seeks a Membership Concierge I to deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests as the first point of contact. You will help visitors feel welcome, educate them about club programming, and contribute to a healthy, value-based environment.

You will handle member transactions, stay informed on pricing and policies, and partner with team members to create memorable experiences that foster loyalty and support members' health goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
• Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per weekCommitment to serve others
• Effective communication skills
• Passion for living a healthy way of life
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Must have good verbal communication

Preferred Requirements

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.25 and pays up to $18.25, based on experience and qualifications.
