Life Time Inc. in Skokie, IL seeks a Membership Concierge I to deliver the highest quality customer service to members and guests. As the first point of contact, you will help ensure every guest feels welcome and valued and support healthy lifestyle goals.

In this hourly, part-time role, you will handle inquiries, educate on programs, events, pricing and policies, assist with transactions, and create extraordinary guest experiences while upholding Life Time's values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.
• HS graduate or equivalent preferred.

Position Summary

The Membership Concierge I delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in ensuring everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued. In this role, you will enjoy a fun and healthy work environment while building value-based relationships which increases member loyalty and assists them in meeting their healthy way of life goals.

Position Requirements

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.25 and pays up to $18.25, based on experience and qualifications.
