Position Summary

The Membership Concierge I delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in ensuring everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued. In this role, you will enjoy a fun and healthy work environment while building value-based relationships that increase member loyalty and help them meet their healthy lifestyle goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate as the first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receive and facilitate incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintain updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests about club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, creating extraordinary experiences.
• Assist members with transactions and general account changes.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work at least 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy lifestyle.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for 4 hours at a time.

Preferred Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $15.00 and up to $18.00, based on experience and qualifications.
