A Concierge serves as a key point of contact for Guests and VIP Guests throughout their stay at the hotel, providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity.
What will I be doing?
As a Concierge, you will serve as a key contact for Guests, responding efficiently to enquiries and providing information, advice, and booking services for a variety of needs including city tours, theatre tickets, restaurants, doctors, and flights. Responsibilities also include processing messages, delivering and storing luggage, staying current with hotel services and VIP requests, ensuring safety and orderliness, supporting management in emergencies, projecting professionalism, maintaining a clean workspace, and working with front of house systems.

Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, a commitment to high customer service standards, flexibility, the ability to work independently and in a team, and knowledge of the local area. Previous concierge experience in a hotel is advantageous.
