Essential Duties include:

  1. Meeting with managers daily to discuss admissions, concerns, changes, etc.
  2. Reviewing resident rooms before admission to ensure cleanliness and acceptability.
  3. Coordinating with departments like housekeeping, laundry, maintenance to address resident needs.
  4. Greeting and escorting new residents, orienting them around their unit and the building.
  5. Following up on residents' concerns and needs to ensure satisfaction.
  6. Performing quality checks on meals and light maintenance tasks.
  7. Managing resident requests and planning responsibilities for the next day.
  8. Acting as liaison between residents and departments to meet needs.
  9. Guiding residents through their adjustment, promoting programs and services.
  10. Addressing issues and seeking guidance from the Unit Manager when needed.
  11. Maintaining communication with residents, families, and team members for a positive experience.
  12. Ensuring follow-up on issues and reviewing menus and meal choices.
  13. Handling room service orders, managing magazine subscriptions, and distributing newspapers.
  14. Coordinating daily activities like cocktail hours, tours, trips, and reviewing common areas for cleanliness.

Qualifications include:
