Executive Director, Inc. is seeking a Membership and Communications Manager for ACMS in Milwaukee, WI. The role focuses on managing communications, membership administration, and marketing activities in alignment with ACMS/EDI strategic plans.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in communications or membership, with experience in WordPress, SEO basics, and crafting publication-worthy emails. This full-time on-site role requires occasional travel and evening commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and executing social media content strategies.
• Proficient in drafting publication-ready emails and newsletters.

Responsabilités

• Manage membership application and review process for ACMS.
• Coordinate materials for Membership Committee and prepare Board reports.
• Maintain accurate iMIS membership databases and rosters.
• Develop and manage ACMS broadcast emails, advertising, and promos.
• Collaborate with Nominating and Membership Committees as staff liaison.
• Support development of the annual ACMS membership directory.
• Assist recruitment, retention, and benefits efforts.
• Update and optimize mohscollege.org content; oversee SEO/analytics.
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns to drive website traffic.
• Other duties as assigned.
