Encore Community Services, located in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Membership Associate to join our aging services team. This on-site, full-time role supports senior center operations with front-desk coverage, member engagement, and data entry.
Hours are 35 per week (Mon-Fri, 9 AM-5 PM) with a pay rate of $18–$19 per hour. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be bilingual (Spanish or Mandarin and English), and be comfortable working with volunteers and staff.

Located right in the heart of Manhattan in the Theater District, the Membership Associate will be an integral member of our Senior Center programs and services, joining meal deliverers, social workers, and numerous volunteers who serve our members each day. Reporting to the Director who oversees our senior center programs and services at the Aging Through Arts Center and working closely with the Membership Coordinator, the Membership Associate is responsible for assisting with all administrative, customer service, and operational functions of our Senior Center. The ideal candidate must be energetic, friendly, and professional while being able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
