The YMCA of Greater New York is seeking a Membership Coordinator at the Prospect Park branch to ensure a high-quality member experience, manage daily audits, registrations, and renewals, and oversee point-of-sale transactions.
You will work with the Membership Sales & Engagement Director to lead membership operations, handle inquiries, review timecards, prepare reports, and support staff scheduling and training. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 Hourly

The Prospect Park YMCA is seeking a Membership Coordinator whose primary responsibility is to ensure quality in all areas within the Membership department, including creating a positive member experience, staffing, all administrative processes, including point of sale transactions, systems, and audit preparation. The Membership Coordinator works with the Membership Sales & Engagement Director to provide leadership to the Membership department to achieve all goals.
