Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Member Service Representative to greet members, manage check-in software, and support sales and member services at our Niagara Falls location. You will help drive onboarding for new members and ensure a welcoming, energetic club environment.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, a background in fast-paced settings, and flexibility to work various shifts. Competitive hourly pay includes benefits and gym access within a no-judgments culture.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is required.
• Proficient reading and writing skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests with a smile and assist as they check in.
• Facilitate messages and requests on club software at member check-in.
• Assist in driving new member personal training sales by booking kickoff sessions.
• Encourage new members to engage and explore the gym facilities.
• Maintain a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for coworkers and guests.
• Answer phones in a courteous, professional manner and route inquiries.

Member Service Representative Responsibilities

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
• Work closely with team members in driving new member personal training sales by booking a kick off
• Work closely with team members in driving new members into the gym
• Maintain an atmosphere that makes all co-workers, members, and guests feel welcomed
• Possess an enthusiastic, passionate, outgoing, friendly and ambitious personality
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Maintain professional disposition at all times
• Understand and follow all policies, procedures and standards
• Schedule member service needs
• Assist in retail, childcare, etc. desks/areas as needed
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
