Job summary

Martis Camp Club & Community Association in Truckee, California is seeking a Membership Accountant to manage accounts receivable with accuracy and professionalism. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience or 3+ years in accounting roles.
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage membership receivables and issue monthly statements by the 4th business day.
• Bill, reconcile, and recognize member dues and assessments for two companies.
• Post payments, close daily POS journals, and monitor chargebacks.
• Support CFO with month-end close and journal entries.
• Ensure timely tax payments and assist with tax returns.
