• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience; nonprofit or private club experience preferred.
• Strong Excel proficiency and financial accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage membership receivables and monthly statements.
• Bill, reconcile, and recognize member dues for two entities.
• Post payments, settlements, and write-offs; respond to member inquiries.
• Support CFO with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Provide administrative support to reflect club goals.
