Job summary

Villa Sport in Houston, TX is seeking a Membership Account Concierge to manage member requests, billing changes, and account reactivations. This full-time role requires reliability, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to work during peak club hours, including nights and weekends.

You'll interact with members and the home office, process add-ons and refunds, assist with registrations, and support monthly billing alongside the Member Account Representative.

Responsibilities

• Manage concierge queue emails.
• Process all online member add-on requests.
• Process all online member removal requests.
• Process upgrade/downgrade requests.
• Process account reactivations and refunds.
• Assist members with program registration.
• Support monthly billing with the Member Account Representative.
• Answer phone calls and assist member needs.
• Audit daily club contracts.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Their primary responsibility is to process all change requests from VillaSport members in a timely manner. They will need to be able to communicate effectively, organized, self-motivated, resourceful, and able to successfully handle multiple concurrent duties and assignments with minimal direct supervision. They will need to be available to work during peak club hours which could include weekends. This position regularly handles highly confidential information, credit card and bank account information.**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:*** Hourly rate of pay based on relevant experience to the role.
