Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring for a Retail Sales Associate in Westminster, MD. You will promote AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products while assisting travelers with hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.

The role also involves handling RACC calls and supporting cashiering, tag and title, and ID services as needed. We offer a 37.5-hour week, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM with Saturday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, plus comprehensive benefits, PTO, and a path to growth within the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills to build trust and explain value clearly.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products to members.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Manage and respond to RACC calls continuously throughout the day.
• Support team operations with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.
