Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in San Diego is seeking a front-end supervisor to assist management with supervising associates and delivering excellent member service. You will train associates, address member needs, and support memberships, upgrades and credit account processing.

You’ll help drive sales events and ensure front-end operations run smoothly. The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and compliance with company policies while promoting a culture of belonging and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties and providing direction.
• Communicate goals and feedback; train associates on processes and procedures.
• Provide member service guidance and resolve member issues according to company guidelines.
• Assist with processing memberships, upgrades and credit accounts; promote membership renewals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-end area and ensure smooth checkout operations.
