Job summary

First Alliance Credit Union is seeking a Member Support Specialist at our 16th Street Branch in Rochester, MN. You will be the welcoming presence, helping members with transactions, guiding them through self-service kiosks, and connecting them with the right products and team members to ensure a smooth visit.

This role values friendly, attentive service and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Spanish or Somali language skills may qualify for additional pay.

• Welcome members warmly and create a positive, personalized experience from the moment they arrive
• Support members with everyday transactions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and ease
• Guide members in using self-service kiosks, building their confidence and independence
• Listen closely to understand each member’s needs and connect them with the right products, services, or team members
• Assist with opening and maintaining basic accounts while clearly explaining features and benefits
• Address questions and resolve concerns with care, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills
• Share feedback and insights to help improve processes and enhance the overall member experience
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high-quality service across the branch
• Support additional responsibilities as needed to keep the branch running smoothly

Starting Pay: $19.37/hour (based experience)

Schedule: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Base Location: 16th Street Branch

Certified Spanish or Somali proficiency may qualify for additional pay.
