Job summary

F45 Training Korea Austin studio seeks a dedicated Member Support Specialist to join the team, delivering a positive member experience for all. You will handle membership conversations, assist first-time class-takers, and support studio operations under the Studio Manager and Director of Operations.

Expect early mornings, evenings and weekend shifts at the front desk, equipment checks, tidiness, sales calls and member engagement to grow the club. 20+ hrs/wk with opportunity to grow.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle membership inquiries and upsell when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Casual role with early mornings, evenings and weekend work.
• Visually inspect equipment before classes to ensure safety.
• Maintain studio tidiness and return equipment to standard.
• Participate in networking events and studio promotions to generate new business.
• Stay up to date with FS8 brand and athletics standards.
• Work front desk and build relationships with current and future members.
• Make sales calls and follow up member inquiries during shifts.
• Maintain attention to detail to enhance member experience.
• Stock laundry, studio supplies, and towels for classes.
• Be open to evolving with new developments in fitness industry.
• Present professionally in studio and represent the brand.
• Minimum of 20 hours per week and 40 calls per shift.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.

The Member Support Specialist Will

• Casual role, which requires early mornings, evenings and weekend work
• Visually inspect the equipment prior to the beginning of class to ensure equipment is in good working order and safe to use
• Responsible for studio tidiness and returning equipment to standards set by studio management
• Participate in networking/community events as needed and studio promotions to generate new business
• Stay up to date with, and implement FS8 brand and athletics standards at all times
• Working front desk + establishing relationships with current and future members
• Making sales phone calls (# dictated by manager for each shift) + following up member inquiries during each shift
• Attention to detail during shift for member experience
• Stocking laundry, studio supplies, and rolling towels in preparation for classes
• Willingness to evolve with new developments in the fitness industry
• Professional attire + presence in studio
• Representing the elements of the brand
• Minimum of 20 hours/ week, + 40 calls/ shift
• Any other duties as assigned
