Job summary

Gamers Guild AZ seeks a dedicated customer support specialist to handle inquiries, process returns, and manage invoicing in Shopify. You will also design and analyze member surveys while ensuring a high standard of service in every interaction.

The role requires basic e‑commerce experience, excellent written communication, and a willingness to learn the product catalog. On-site in Tempe, AZ with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Shopify admin panel and storefront management.
• Strong written communication skills for email, chat, and reporting.
• Willingness to learn the product catalog and respond professionally.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about orders via email, chat, and phone within SLA.
• Process returns, exchanges, and order changes accurately in systems.
• Troubleshoot shipping delays, payment issues, and item problems with teams.
• Answer questions about product catalog and inventory; check stock details.
• Log interactions and escalate unresolved issues with clear notes.
• Generate and reconcile customer invoices and order records in Shopify.
• Design, distribute, and analyze member and customer surveys.
• Track metrics and report monthly on survey responses and billing errors.
• Support storefront changes during new releases and promotions.
