Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Member Support Associate in Minnesota to deliver best-in-class experiences across live chat, phone, and email. You will respond to member inquiries, assist with billing, update payment details, and process membership changes while following Life Time policies.

This full-time role requires about 36 hours per week across four days. You will work with CRM systems to resolve issues, maintain accurate records, and ensure member satisfaction through timely, professional

Qualifications

• HS Graduate or Equivalent.
• 1-2 years of administrative support or customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills.
