Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member in Minnesota to maintain club cleanliness and provide excellent member service. You will ensure the space is clean, stocked, and presented to Life Time standards.

Key duties include daily maintenance, towel processing, locker room upkeep, and assisting members with questions about Life Time products and policies. This hourly role offers growth and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
