Qualifications

• Prior call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and able to grasp large amounts of information in a fast-paced call center.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence in promoting products and services.
• Technical aptitude with mobile banking.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting member relationships through every interaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve member questions.
• Perform a variety of financial transactions.
• Educate members on products and services meeting their financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of core systems and CCU products and services.
• Answer incoming calls and member questions promptly and professionally.
• Present and explain beneficial products and assist members with their financial needs.
• Open new memberships, accounts, and services.
• Assist members with account research requests.
• Collect information for outgoing bank wires and ensure accuracy and safety while following anti-fraud procedures.
• Educate members on electronic service channels.
• Assume responsibility for other projects or duties as required or assigned.
