• Provide outstanding service and fulfill member needs.
• Process financial transactions accurately and maintain a cash drawer.
• Detect and report fraud or irregular activities as a first line of defense.
• Build member relationships by identifying needs and recommending solutions.
• Respond to inquiries about information, products, lending, and related topics.
• Problem-solve and resolve member issues promptly.
• Promote self-service resources and digital channel offerings.
• Participate in cross-selling initiatives, campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Pursue professional development through coaching, mentoring, and training; meet branch goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support branches within the Capital Central #1 Region; based at the Latham Branch.
