Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build member relationships through quality service experiences.
• Answer member questions in a knowledgeable, professional manner.
• Perform cash-handling and teller transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of core systems and CCU products and services.
• Present and explain beneficial products and assist members with financial needs.
• Perform file maintenance and account changes.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
• Investigate and resolve out-of-balance conditions.
• Assume responsibility for other assigned projects or duties.
