Job summary

RadiFi Credit Union is looking for a Member Success Supervisor to support the branch in achieving team and individual goals. You will coach the branch team to execute sales and service for members, and act as Member Success Manager when the manager is away.

You will mentor staff, train on cross-selling, and participate in business development events. This role requires strong leadership and banking knowledge to drive branch growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
• Two-year college degree, or completion of specialized certification or licensing, or relevant training or apprenticeship.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Interviews members and presents products and services to meet financial goals.
• Oversee operations to ensure compliance in cash management.
• Mentor and coach staff to achieve cross-sell goals and sales standards.
• Provide training to help achieve branch growth and develop strategic plans.
• Attend outside business development events with Retail Leadership as assigned.
• Lead in absence of the Member Success Lead; assist other branches when needed.
• Assist with member inquiries, deposits, and online banking support.
• Open new consumer and business membership accounts and review credit documentation.
• Understand credit reports and consumer lending documentation; grow referral opportunities.
